Dan’s work has focused on applying analytics in order to find creative solutions to complex people-related challenges. This has included designing assessment tools to develop an understanding of the unique strengths and weaknesses of an organization’s work and learning environment, and linking company business results to the processes and practices by which employees are managed and developed.
Favourite thing to do at work: Data analysis for clients. You get to learn something new every time - and sometimes it turns out it’s the simplest analytical techniques that yield the most insight.
