Larry Costello served as executive vice president and chief human resource officer for Tyco International from 2012 to 2017. As a thought leader, Costello was a strategic advisor to the CEO and an influential contributor to board meetings, connecting human capital investment to business strategy and critical talent, compensation, succession, and management decisions. Prior to Tyco, he served as president of the Lawrence Bradford Group, a leading human resources consulting practice delivering human capital solutions for global business opportunities. Costello was senior vice president of Global HR and a corporate officer at Trane (formerly American Standard) for eight years. He held a similar role at the Campbell Soup Co. for six years. Earlier in his career, he held progressively more senior human resources leadership roles at Confab Companies and PepsiCo.
